Description
Commemorative postage stamp from Tunisia issued in 1952. It was created for the benefit of the army's social works.
This stamp is part of a larger series including other Tunisian architectural motifs, such as decorations of the Great Mosque of Kairouan.
“Worked stucco” designates a
high-end decorative coating based on lime, marble powder and pigments, shaped (worked) to imitate stone or marble with a shiny (iron) appearance. Applied in multiple coats, it is durable, moisture resistant and used for luxury interior/exterior finishes
